At The Light Therapy Lounge, we provide science-backed wellness services in a calm, private setting. Our spa specializes in red light therapy to support cellular health, recovery, and overall well-being. These 15-minute, non-invasive sessions may help improve circulation, reduce inflammation, support muscle recovery, enhance skin health, and promote relaxation. We also offer complementary wellness modalities designed to support relaxation and stress reduction. Sessions require no downtime and are easy to fit into busy schedules. We are by appointment only, with availability Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:00–7:00 PM. Located in Laguna Hills, we proudly serve Mission Viejo, Laguna Woods, Aliso Viejo, and surrounding Orange County communities, delivering modern wellness solutions rooted in emerging science.
