Salt of the Earth is Sarasota's Premier Salt Therapy & Wellness Center. Salt Therapy is a 100% natural and non-invasive solution to respiratory and skin ailments, such as, Allergies, Asthma, Bronchitis, COPD, Sinusitis, Cold/Coughs, Rosacea, Dermatitis, Psoriasis, Stress/Fatigue and more. Salt is naturally anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, this helps to reduce the inflammation in the airways and increases capacity for breathing, sleeping and getting more oxygen. It also helps to balance the pH level in the skin. You can try our main salt room, salt booth, heated salt bed, light therapy or our double booth (fits 2 adults or mom with children). Studies have found that 2-3 sessions per week can help to manage respiratory ailments. Salt Therapy is cumulative. We also offer 2 forms of light therapy. Inlight - Near infrared lights are FDA cleared to reduce pain and inflammation in the body. This is a 20 minute session, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated. Our other light therapy is photobiostimulation. This jump starts the metabolism to create collagen in the face, neck and chest. Best to do 10-18 sessions for great results.
