Elevate Performance is a state of the art Wellness and Recovery Lounge operating out of Coronado Island in Southern California. It was started in 2020 out of a passion for people and their health and wellness. We know whether it’s for sports recovery, body injuries, beauty or weight management people are starting to get more involved in their health and wellness and we are excited to be apart of that movement!! We take the healing power of contrast therapies and apply them to your daily life with Cryotherapy to Infrared Sauna Pods to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Lymphatic Massage to name a few…We also have a ton of awesome services we offer.
